Managing Director - Chris Waters

Co-founder of Watershed Systems Chris' experience of over 30 years in both technical and business aspects of IT formed the foundation of the company's values which is ... 'we are here to provide a service and what matters is the outcome'. With an IT background in the Insurance and Financial sectors Chris has extensive experience in Systems Analysis and Design, Auditing and Budgeting, Disaster Recovery Planning and IT Infrastructure planning and design.

Director - Linda Waters

Co-founder of Watershed Systems, Linda is a director and senior IT consultant. Linda has worked in the Gas, Insurance, Banking and Financial sectors in the UK, South East Asia and Australia. Her considerable experience has largely been in software development and project management. Linda now leads the company's focus on Messaging and Collaboration solutions in the IBM Lotus brand.

Technical Services and Client Support Manager - Carlos Silva

Qualified in ITIL standards Carlos heads a team of consultants who not only have the technical expertise but also the desire to ensure that our clients receive uninterrupted and the best possible service from their computing systems. With an extensive background in Network and Infrastructure management, Carlos oversees the implementation of new technologies as well co-ordinating his team's support commitments to clients.

Business Unit Administration

Our business unit administration team of qualified accountants is the administrative hub of the business. Managing the Accounting and day-to-day business affairs of Watershed Systems, customers are given top priority and their needs are cheerfully assisted. Our technicians can always rely on administrative support where necessary, allowing them to focus on their technical services to clients.
